Triage Engineering Manager
April 2025 – November 2025
From April to November 2025, I served as a Triage Engineering Manager, where I founded and managed a fleet triage team that grew from one to nine direct reports across two sites and two shifts. In this role, I led efforts to root cause, contain, and correct approximately 950 issue reports per month originating from Operations and Data QA. I also drove interdepartmental initiatives to improve fleet stability, achieving a 90% fleet uptime and a 60% reduction in response SLAs.
Vehicle Integration Engineer
April 2024 – April 2025
As a Founding Vehicle Integration Engineer from April 2024 to April 2025, I played a key role in shaping the early development of the Level 4 Isuzu Trucking Project. I led cross-functional teams to define the Gen1 sensor suite and core vehicle systems, while also organizing and executing technical demos that highlighted the vehicle’s on-road performance for both existing and potential customers. To improve workflow efficiency, I designed and implemented Jira projects that unified operations, design, build, triage, and retrofit management. Beyond engineering, I helped scale the organization by driving hiring and onboarding initiatives as the team grew from four founding members to 66 full-time employees and more than 120 contractors.
